An offline medical reference for iPhone. The FDA's own medicine labels and the National Library of Medicine's health topics live on the device, so it works on a plane, in the mountains and abroad. A connection is only needed to refresh the content.
Describe a symptom in plain words and it shows related conditions, and tells you to seek care when a recognised warning sign applies — naming the rule and the guidance it came from. It never tells you that you are fine: when nothing matches, it says so plainly rather than reassuring you.
Your medicines, allergies and conditions are kept in an encrypted record on the phone. There is no account and nothing is uploaded.
A health information and triage-guidance tool — not a diagnostic device. It cannot examine you and cannot tell you what is wrong.
